$4,394.50/per week $847.00/per night
$850 deposit required. Plus applicable state and local taxes. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments (subject to change). |

Houseboat Information:
Call us one week prior to your reservation to confirm your arrival, review check-in details, and ask any last-minute questions.
Check-in is typically scheduled between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
Full payment is required upon check in before boarding the boat. You will be required to sign a bare-boat agreement. We will give an orientation of the houseboat, set of maps and a one hour spot guide for lake and map orientation.
Last Day Check-Out: 9:00 am - $100/hour late charge for every hour late
Boat gas will be refilled. Return maps and carry-on case to the office. Your gas bill and other miscellaneous bills will be deducted from your deposit money and a credit will be issued if applicable.

Houseboat Information:
- Guest must supply their own linens (including all blankets, pillows, sheets, bath towels, and hand towels) unless flying in.
If flying in, then you may rent those items. Please call to reserve. - The houseboat appliances (hot water heater, refrigerator / freezer / stove / oven / space heater) all run off LP.
- All dogs must be on a leash at all times while at Northernaire Houseboats' base. If your dog will be traveling with you, it is required you bring a pet carrier. There is a pet fee and you will be charged for any damage caused.
- If you have a C Pap machine just bring along an Inverter and we will furnish a Deep Cycle Battery for your sleeping needs.

Since a tow-behind is required with each houseboat rental, you can either bring a personal boat or you will need to rent one from us.
As a courtesy to our customers, each Monday and Thursday we make a lake run and deliver items ordered, directly to your houseboat.
We have multiple units. Layout is the same, but interior and exterior may vary slightly.
