The 800-square-foot upper deck offers a beautiful view of Rainy Lake complete with a second steering station, and an entertainment area with hot tub and water slide. Powered by twin 70 h.p. outboard motors, it comes complete with bed linens, bath towels, a tow behind boat and motor.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

• A $2,200 deposit is required upon booking.
• $1,500 of this deposit is held and used for trip expenses (like fuel). Any unused portion is refunded to your card after your trip. If your trip is cancelled, this amount is entirely non-refundable.
• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, the entire $2,200 deposit is non-refundable.

Houseboat Information:

• NO PETS.
• We suggest you plan your meals for the trip and assign a trip banker. Limit credit card transactions at lodge to avoid extra fees.
• We recommend you purchase your Fishing license ond minnows before you arrive.
• ​As a courtesy to our customers, each Monday and Thursday we make a lake run and deliver items ordered, directly to your houseboat.

First Night Check-In: Call the office 1-2 weeks before, to get a specific arrival time
Full payment is required upon check in before boarding the boat. Upon check-in you will be required to sign a bare boat charter agreement. You will be given a set of maps and a thorough orientation of the houseboat by a spot guide. He will then travel on the lake with you for approximately four miles.

Last Day Check-Out: 9:00 am - $100/hour late charge for every hour late
When you return, your houseboat will be inspected for any damages. Please bring your maps and other rental items to the office. At that time, any miscellaneous bills will be paid.
