The Aurora is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, offering ample space and luxurious features to enhance your journey. Its expansive 990-square-foot main floor includes four private staterooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen complete with two 8-cubic-foot LP refrigerator/freezers and a microwave. The kitchen opens into a stunning solarium-style living room, complete with a TV/DVD and stereo entertainment center, as well as air conditioning for maximum comfort.
Above, the 800-square-foot upper deck provides breathtaking views of Rainy Lake, featuring a second steering station and an entertainment area complete with a hot tub and waterslide. Powered by twin 70-hp outboard motors, the Aurora also includes bed linens, bath towels, and a tow-behind boat and motor for added convenience.
The layout is versatile and comfortable, with the two front rooms offering a queen bed and an additional single bed above, as shown in the photos, while the two back rooms are equipped with queen beds. For extra sleeping space, the couch in the living room pulls out into another queen bed, ensuring plenty of room for up to 12 guests to relax and recharge.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:

• A $2,200 deposit is required upon booking.
• $1,500 of this deposit is held and used for trip expenses (like fuel). Any unused portion is refunded to your card after your trip. If your trip is cancelled, this amount is entirely non-refundable.
• If you cancel within 60 days of arrival, the entire $2,200 deposit is non-refundable.

Important Information

Houseboat Information:

• NO PETS.
• We suggest you plan your meals for the trip and assign a trip banker. Limit credit card transactions at lodge to avoid extra fees.
• We recommend you purchase your Fishing license ond minnows before you arrive.
• ​As a courtesy to our customers, each Monday and Thursday we make a lake run and deliver items ordered, directly to your houseboat.

First Night Check-In: Call the office 1 week before your reservation to get a specific arrival time
On the Aurora, full payment is due 90 days prior to arrival. Upon check-in you will be required to sign a bare boat charter agreement. You will be given a set of maps and a thorough orientation of the houseboat by a spot guide. He will then travel on the lake with you for approximately four miles.

Last Day Check-Out: 9:00 am - $100/hour late charge for every hour late
When you return, your houseboat will be inspected for any damages. Please bring your maps and other rental items to the office. At that time, any miscellaneous bills will be paid.
