Houseboat Information:
First Night Check-In: Call the office 1-2 weeks before, to get a specific arrival time
Full payment is required upon check in before boarding the boat. You will be required to sign a bare-boat agreement. We will give an orientation of the houseboat, set of maps and a one hour spot guide for lake and map orientation.
Last Day Check-Out: 9:00 am - $100/hour late charge for every hour late
Boat gas will be refilled. Return maps and carry-on case to the office. Your gas bill and other miscellaneous bills will be deducted from your deposit money and a credit will be issued if applicable.
Items Available at Lodge
- Guest must supply their own linens (including all blankets, pillows, sheets, bath towels, and hand towels) unless flying in.
If flying in, then you may rent those items. Please call to reserve. - The houseboat appliances (hot water heater, refrigerator / freezer / stove / oven / lights / space heater) all run on L.P. gas. This eliminates the need for a generator.
- There is no need for 120 volt outlets on the houseboat because everything is either LP or 12 volt. There is a 2-wire 12 volt receptacle and USB Port next to the helm of each boat. The 12 volt system is continuously re-charged by solar power. We do however offer 2500 watt Rental Generators for the fishermen to recharge their trolling motor batteries. You are welcome to bring your own generator. Generator operations must be carried out on shore.
- All dogs must be on a leash at all times while at Northernaire Houseboats' base. If your dog will be traveling with you, it is required you bring a pet carrier. There is a pet fee and you will be charged for any damage caused.
- If you have a C Pap machine just bring along an Inverter and we will furnish a Deep Cycle Battery for your sleeping needs.

Boat/Motor
Since a boat and motor are required with each houseboat rental, you may either bring a boat/motor or rent one from us. As a courtesy to our customers, each Monday and Thursday we make a lake run and deliver items ordered, directly to your houseboat.
