| Dear Dick, I wanted to drop you folks a line to once again thank you for the wonderful time my three friends and I had during our six day July stay on your houseboat. We've all discussed the trip in detail and we all agree that it was the best time we've had in years. Your hospitality and your genuine desire to please us was outstanding. The equipment you furnished was in top shape and well provisioned. Your employees were all helpful and courteous to a fault. Please pass on our special thanks to young Troy who acted like our "pack mule" in loading and unloading all of our gear for us; he was great! In addition to all the above, the weather was ideal, the scenery was breathtaking and the fishing was terrific (we caught and released over 200 walleyes in the three to ten pound range!). Dear Northernaire Family, My family had a wonderful time on the lake in the houseboat. It was a great experience for us! We had fun sleeping on the boat and using the slide. It was great outdoors when we hiked, fished, swam, and just hung around. We also had some wonderful campfires! In the evening we went tooling around on the fishing boat and saw baby ducks and a lot of nature. We saw so many beavers and their dams and lodges! Everything was great and the sunsets were so beautiful reflecting pinks and purples and the water near the campfire. I can't tell you how many fun times we had. It was awesome! | I am writing to thank you for a most enjoyable trip on a 44 ft. Princess Houseboat. As I mentioned to you after our return, this is my third trip from Northernaire over approximately 15 years. As I drove up to your base I immediately noticed the care and pride you have put into the operation. The condition of the houseboat more than confirmed this initial reaction. The boat was delivered spic and span from top to bottom. In addition, all of the appliances (refrigerator, stove, propane lights, and heaters) worked perfectly. The thing that really got me was the ability to take a great hot water shower out in the wilderness in a full size tub! Upon our return, the "dock boys" were most helpful and great fun. Needless to say, we came for the scenery and the atmosphere. We were not disappointed. There are more eagles than ever and the fishing was great fun. Hi Dick and Robin I want to thank you for the best vacation yet. This is the 5th time we have had the pleasure of vacationing on Rainy Lake in one of your houseboats. We thought we would bring all 4 kids, but oh darn - they could'nt make it. We had a very relaxing trip and spent all our time fishing. Dear Dick, Once again thanks to you and all at Northernaire for making our week long vacation the best! This was our third trip over the years and we WILL be back. Again our boat was immaculate the customer service the best, the crew most helpful! I discuss this trip with many people who comment that they have always wanted to houseboat on Rainy and I make it perfectly clear that Northernaire Houseboats are the cleanest and most efficient with the best crew and customer service. Tell everyone “Hi” and thanks! Also, tell Casey that he is the best assisting lost travelers in Lost Bay with broken props and broken spirits. Again, thanks! PS.
